Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale or clearance products

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and inspection.

After inspection and approval of the return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Actual refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
