Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout. Please review these charges carefully before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was received.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at ForsbergBosse158@gmail.com. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as your order may already be in processing.
